Grit was a significant predictor of cadets academic achievement of KAFNA with accounting for 4.0% of the figure.
Conclusion: It is necessary to enhance grit to improve the academic achievement. This conclusion will be used as basic data for developing strategies to improve academic achievement of KAFNA cadets. However grit's explanatory power was low at 4.0% hence, the repeated verification is suggested through follow-up research by exploring relevant factors and redefining academic performance.
